1.What are the delivery charges?

Shipping charges depend on the item or location.

Please check the delivery charges at the checkout page for the more assistance.

2.Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

In Maximum cases we have ready stock, but just in case if we doesn’t, it will take time too but in this case we will contact you and will share the information about this.

3.What is the estimated delivery time?

Our Estimated time for the delivery is 5-6 business days excluding public holidays and sat/sun.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors too:
The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of our Store.
Stock availability.

4.Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by AllDeal?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on AllDeal. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.

5.What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

'In Stock'

Items listed as "In Stock", we will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 5-15 business days business days in areas where standard courier service is available).

'Available'

We might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)

'Imported'

Sometimes, items have to be sourced from outside United Kingdom. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

'Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

6.Does All Deal ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. There will be some additional charges for it and you will be assisted on the checkout page for the charges and availability for delivery on the desired destination for the shipment.



RETURNS

In the highly unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Expetmeds (with the exception of prescription drugs and vaccines), we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or a refund. Kindly return your unused, unopened items in their original box and/or packaging in new condition within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service

Returning Prescription Items.

PRESCRIPTION DRUGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Expetmeds will not accept returns for refund or exchange on ANY prescription medication. except when these drugs are subject to a recall. As your Trusted Pet Pharmacy, we uphold all pharmacy and state regulations. This rule is for your protection and assures you that medications dispensed by our pharmacy have not been outside the control of the pharmacy. If you have questions and/or concerns about the prescription items in your order, Please contact our customer service.

Returning Vaccines

VACCINES OR COLD ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Expetmeds will not accept returns for refund or exchange on ANY Vaccines.

Missing or Damaged items:

Missing and/or damaged items should be reported to Expetmeds info@expetmeds.com .
